AES Corp announces new RSM

AES Corporation, a manufacturer of long-range wireless private mesh radio alarm communication products and services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Saldamarco as the new Regional Sales Manager covering the Northeast US/Canada territory.

Saldamarco brings over 10 years of sales experience and technical expertise in the fire alarm and security industry to AES.  In his primary role, he is responsible for supporting sales programs and strengthening customer relationships with existing customers while developing new business.  One of his key objectives is to drive brand awareness and growth of AES-IntelliNet® patented mesh radio technology solutions in the marketplace.

“We are delighted to have a seasoned professional like Tom join our sales team,” said John Milliron, Vice President of Sales for North America, AES Corporation.  “In addition to his solid sales background, I am confident that his in-depth product and market knowledge will be instrumental in working with our dealer partners and contract central stations to help grow their alarm monitoring businesses. As the Company continues to evolve, this is the ideal time to bring Tom onboard in support of our upcoming 2017 strategic plan and sales initiatives.”

Prior to joining AES, Tom worked for large manufacturers of quality life safety systems. He holds an Electronic Technician certificate from the Connecticut School of Electronics and attended the Electrical Program at Emmett O’Brien Regional Vocational Technical School. He is also the recipient of industry awards recognizing him for outstanding sales and achievement.
