Adolph Salas joins RCI as Director, Sales and Marketing

With nearly 30 years of security industry experience, Salas most recently served as Director of Sales at Fujifilm Corp. where he was responsible for planning and optimizing sales. Prior to that, Salas served as the Vice President of Sales at Infinova Corp. where he was responsible for defining the sales and marketing strategy and growth initiatives for Latin America. He also worked in executive level positions for Honeywell Inc., Dedicated Micros Inc. and Richardson Electronics Ltd. He started his international career with Whirlpool Corp. as Product Manager – Worldwide.

Salas’ appointment comes at the conclusion of another year of strong growth for the company. His proven background and commitment to building success in international markets will help ensure RCI continues to grow at a record pace, allowing the company to further its position within the electric locking and access control industry. “RCI’s standard for excellence, culture of integrity, mutual respect and accountability was built by great leaders who I look forward to work and collaborate with.” Salas went on to say, “Being part of this organization is an honor and a privilege that I take very seriously.”

Other recent appointments include Paul Higdon, regional sales manager for Ontario and Western New York and Tammy Mlak, a new account manager for Ontario.
