ADI Global Distribution has launched new upgrades to its websites across the Unites States, Canada and Puerto Rico for an improved online shopping experience at ADI.
With these changes in place, ADI expects its customers will be able to better navigate the site and find relevant information about products.
The company redesigned its websites and e-commerce platforms two years ago. Ever since this time ADI has welcomed feedback from the public and incorporated it to its sites.
ADI has also implemented a new Product Information Management or PIM system to change the way the distributor merchandises its product offering and improve the online shopping experience overall.
ADI says users of its e-commerce channels can expect faster load times, more user guides, more consistency across product listings, and they can expect to spend less time locating products and their related accessories.
“Online sales at ADI continue to grow and have become an important part of our business, and we want to ensure we are delivering engaging content that meets the needs of our increasing number of digital shoppers,” said Laura Phelan, vice president of digital experience and digital branch at ADI in a statement.
“Implementing the PIM marks the next phase in our overall strategy to transform the customer’s digital experience at ADI, and we will continue rolling out even more enhancements over the next several months.”
