ADI Global announces supplier award winners

ADI Global Distribution recently acknowledged the recipients of its 2022 Supplier Awards with an award presentation during its Supplier Symposium held in Orlando, Fla.

Highlights included supplier of the year HID and best sales support (Canada), awarded to Bosch.

According to the distributor, suppliers are evaluated based on revenue, sales support, marketing initiatives, inventory results and feedback from ADI’s sales leadership team.

“Congratulations to our ADI 2022 Supplier Award winners,” said Bob Appleby, vice-president and general manager, ADI North America, in a statement. “Our supplier relationships are important to ADI’s success, and we value the support they provide to help us deliver value every day. It was great to host these awards again in person after three years, and we’re proud to celebrate the contributions of our suppliers to ADI, our customers and the overall industry.”

The event was attended by more than 350 people representing 125 suppliers.

Award recipients included:

  • Supplier of the Year: HID
  • Marketing Supplier of the Year: Honeywell Fire Solutions
  • Digital Marketing Supplier of the Year: Harman
  • Best Operations Support: LEA Professional
  • Best Sales Support – United States: Axis Communications
  • Best Sales Support – Canada: Bosch
  • New Product of the Year: ProdataKey Red Line
  • Rookie of the Year: Sony Professional

“HID is honoured to be selected as the ADI Supplier of the Year for North America,” said Kelly Josephson, director of strategic accounts, HID North America. “ADI is an important distributor for us. ADI’s strong distribution channels, marketing and digital support, and local sales teams have been a valuable resource to help us deliver our products to dealers across North America. We look forward to continuing our successful relationship with ADI and further expanding our reach across the industry.”
