Active Witness partners with IDN-Canada

Active Witness has partnered with IDN-Canada to leverage the door hardware distributor’s network of locksmiths and security dealers across the country.

Currently, IDN-Canada operates with nine offices in various locations across the country including Vancouver and Halifax.

The company says this new partnership will allow Canadian locksmiths and integrators  to procure Active Witness products directly from IDN. By offering Active Witness hardware through IDN’s distribution hubs, the company anticipates that dealers from across Canada will be able to  receive products and rapidly deploy Active Witness solutions to their customers.

CEO & founder of Active Witness, Rob Bakshi is prepared to develop the company through its new partnership with IDN. He oversaw the same process with his previous company called Silent Witness, which Honeywell purchased in 2003.

“We’re excited to partner with IDN-Canada and gain access to their network of Canadian dealers,” said Bakshi in a statement.

“They have an extensive list of locksmiths and integrators who trust them and will now have direct access to Active Witness products and a great team at IDN who will support them.”
