Acre Security unveiled its new identity this week at ISC West in Las Vegas.

According to the company, “The move represents acre product brands coming together to create fluid solutions that are agile and responsive to the industry’s evolving needs.”

Acre has grown its portfolio through several acquisitions, including Open Options (2018), R2S (2019), Razberi Technologies (2020), Feenics (2021),  Matrix Systems (2021), Security Identification Systems Corporation (2022), and most recently acquiring the PremiSys software and hardware portfolio and assets from IDenticard (March 2023). Don Joos was announced as Acre’s CEO last year, replacing Joe Grillo, who retired after 10 years with the organization. Acre also introduced new Canadian GM Bruce Bianco in December 2022.

Acre itself was acquired by investment firm Triton Partners in 2021.

Acre now sports a new logo, and the company says the transition is also “an invitation for all employees and channel partners to embrace a new, unified approach to serving customer requirements with a single portfolio that can be delivered in three simple ways, via the cloud, through an on-premise installation, or a hybrid approach.”
