AC and heated cabinets allow fire alarm control panels, and other devices, to be mounted in temperatures exceeding normal parameters. The large, tough, polycarbonate or metal enclosures offer protection against vandalism, dirt, dust and grime. The environmentally controlled cabinet allows sensitive devices to be installed in areas suffering from damaging conditions. Self-contained, the enclosures allow for optimal central location of control panels. This helps reduce expensive long wiring runs from an inefficiently placed control panel and eliminates the need to wire to an isolated storage room. AC only models are also available.
