Jim McCoubrey, president of Owen Sound-based Troy Sprinkler Ltd. announced recently that members of the Canadian management team from GE Security Canada have purchased the Troy Sprinkler business, along with 12 other fire sales and service operations in Canada.

Fairport, New York-based security system manufacturer Bosch Security Systems has announced that Todd Humphrey has been named manager of distribution sales for Contact North Representatives. Contact North is Bosch Security's representative firm in the Eastern Canada region.
