Technical Support/Product Specialist –Woodbridge (Toronto), Ontario
Job Function Summary
Technical Support Specialist will provide technical phone and on-site support to Provo dealers and customers that install and service Provo’s various security products and product lines including Provision ISR cameras and DVR’s. Support responsibilities include programming, designing, training, and when necessary trouble-shooting issues if and when they arise. Our Specialist will facilitate new installations, help the customer implement the materials and educate them as necessary. The Specialist will also support our company’s inside and outside sales force on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Minimum of a 2 year Technical Degree or 2 years technical field experience.
Post-Secondary Education-Technical Degree Preferred
Good computer skills
