Toshiba Surveillance Group launches improved website

Toshiba Surveillance & IP Video Products has launched a dramatically redesigned and mobile-ready website that enables visitors to find the detailed product information they're looking for with greater ease, while also enhancing Toshiba's acclaimed web-based customer service, technical support and training.

“We recognize that video surveillance purchases are increasingly being evaluated online and that we needed to streamline the site’s navigation functions to best serve Toshiba distributors, resellers and end-users,” said Karena Lang, Marketing & Programs Manager, Toshiba Surveillance & IP VIdeo Products. “Thirty percent of all Web traffic is now coming from a mobile device, so it was also crucial that we bring these benefits to the mobile platform.”

The new database-driven site simplifies discovery with powerful search capabilities and tools, plus  is mobile-ready for browsing on a laptop, smartphone, tablet and even a TV. Quick access buttons have been incorporated on each product page that provide links to common requests. In addition, the downloads page now features a filter so visitors won’t need to scroll through a long list of documents to find what they need. The outcome is fast, intuitive navigation of the breadth of Toshiba video surveillance products, delivering users to just the right solution.
