Pelco and Agent Vi partner for video analytics

The integration allows the full range of savVi’s analytics capabilities on every camera connected to the surveillance system through VideoXpert. Additionally, integration with the VideoXpert Ops Center Client allows for full event management of real-time detections and alerts. This includes event notification, simplified configuration, triggered recording and more.

VideoXpert allows users to tag cameras for easy recall, create and share playlists, and customize their workspaces to make more efficient use of their time focusing on the tasks most relevant to them. The new platform can integrate with other physical security systems and building systems to deliver situational awareness and control. And, the VideoXpert Ops Center client supports modular plug-ins that expose additional functionality as required by surveillance needs.

savVi, Agent Vi’s unified video analytics software solution, has a set of automated video analysis tools that provide for the immediate detection and extraction of events and data from surveillance footage.

Agent Vi plug-ins for VideoXpert will be available for download by Pelco customers on the Partner First website as part of the Pelco Partner First program.
