Chubb Edwards acquires Fahrenheit 451
Chubb Edwards has acquired Fahrenheit 451, a fire safety provider in Calgary, Alberta, to strengthen its presence in the region. Chubb Edward is a part of UTC Building & Industrial Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp.

Fahrenheit 451’s operations have been integrated with Chubb Edwards in southern Alberta to complement Chubb Edwards’ existing security and life safety offering. Through a network of 28 branches and two monitoring centres, Chubb Edwards provides fire and electronic security solutions to Canadian businesses and residences from coast-to-coast. Chubb Edwards’ operations encompass system design, sales, installation, service and alarm monitoring.
The combined businesses will operate as Chubb Edwards, effective immediately.
