“Today’s customers are not only looking for great quality, technically-savvy products, but also the solutions that enhance and support these products,” said Steve Mackay, director of the strategic markets division of Canon Canada. “Expanding our product offering to include BCDVideo storage servers allows us to provide a wider range of solutions to our customers with the quality and reliability customers have come to expect from Canon.”

“We’re excited to be working with Canon Canada in bringing this innovation to the Canadian marketplace,” said Jeff Burgess, president of BCDVideo. “This new partnership provides a path to a new customer base, which has an appreciation – and expectation – of high quality and exceptional performance in imaging technology. That was the premise to which we built our servers for Canon Canada.”

The IMAGEseries servers consist of tower and rack-mount units which range in total storage based on number of cameras installed and are available in configurations that handle both analog and digital network cameras providing compatibility for customers looking to upgrade existing systems or implementing new ones. These video servers come with BCDVideo’s easy to use Mission Center System Monitoring software for intelligent performance management and can be configured with the latest video management software solution from a variety of companies.
