This is Numera’s first monitoring service provider partnership outside the US.

Numera Libris gives today’s seniors and special needs individuals freedom, security and the ability to manage their health at home or away. Numera Libris, a feature-rich mPERS device, is designed for instant, hands-free communication with the monitoring center, automated fall detection, and location services.

“We constantly strive to give our dealers access to industry-leading products and services,” said Josh Garr, Director of a.p.i. monitoring. “By partnering with Numera to offer mobile PERS, we bolster our offerings that differentiate us from the pack.” The company, which provides services to over 300,000 customers from its seven central stations and one disaster recovery center, has been involved with PERS monitoring since 1990.

“With over five million adults over the age of 65 in Canada, dealers are seeing an increasing demand for a mobile mPERS solution among healthy aging customers,” said Tim Smokoff, CEO of Numera. “Numera is excited to help api and its dealers serve this growing market.”
