PPM 2000 will become Resolver next year

Resolver announced on its website that the company known as PPM 2000 will be changing its name to Resolver starting in January.

December 8, 2015  By  SP&T Staff

PPM 2000 was purchased by Toronto-based equity company Klass Capital late last year. The same company acquired risk and compliance software vendor Resolver several months after that acquisition.

According to news published on the Resolver site:

While we are changing the name of the legal entity, we will still go to market with the Perspective product. The product will have its own website.  Our new company will serve over 1000 customers across the globe. If you are not familiar with Resolver, we have been in the risk management industry for over 15 years. In addition to providing customers with Incident Management through Perspective, we are proud to offer our Risk Assessment, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, and Compliance applications.

Additionally, PPM’s Edmonton location will become a centre of excellence for Perspective, the company’s incident management and investigations platform.
