Symetrica appoints director of sales and business development
Symetrica Inc. announces the appointment of Kimberly A. Prono as Director of Sales and Business Development to support increasing demand from government agencies and commercial partners for its radiation detection technology.

In this new role Prono’s primary responsibility will be growing Symetrica’s relationship with U.S. and international government agencies. Additionally, Prono will lead the engagement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and will spearhead Symetrica’s development in the Asia region through developing a distributor network.
Prior to working at Symetrica, Prono was the Director for Radiation Detection Business Development in North America for Rapiscan Systems. She also spent five years as a Foreign Affairs Specialist for the U.S. Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA) Second Line of Defense (SLD) Program (now the Nuclear Smuggling Detection and Deterrence (NSDD) Program).
