Prior to joining Avigilon, Florence was Director of Business Development of Global Gaming for Avigilon, Vice-President of Security and Surveillance at M Resort Spa Casino in Las Vegas where he was responsible for the management of the casino’s security, surveillance, and risk management organization. Florence was also the Executive Director of Security at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and the Director of Surveillance at The Mirage. During his retail career he worked for Grand Central Dept Stores, Neiman Marcus, Bullock’s, Macy’s and Broadway Department stores.  Throughout his career, Florence has been instrumental in the development of security, surveillance, and investigation operations that are widely used in gaming and retail security today.
