3xLOGIC appoint director customer support services

Shaffer has been overseeing and developing 3xLOGIC Certification Courses over the past nine months, after managing support and training for infinias access control solutions. During his 15 years in the security industry, he has also worked for Integral Technologies and Pelco.

Leading up to the restructuring of 3xLOGIC’s training and field sales engineering teams, Shaffer has been conducting training for both 3xLOGIC and recently-acquired infinias solutions, which include certified level training for video, IP cameras, video analytics, POS integration and access control.
