Counterforce appoints manager for remote video monitoring

Counterforce has appointed Sharon Ferguson to manage its new remote video monitoring services initiative.
These services consist of: Video Alarm Verification, Fully Interactive Video Monitoring with two-way voice-down capabilities, proactive video guard tours, employee video escorts, security and operational audits, system health monitoring, and remote access control management.

“Sharon’s 18 years of industry experience including an extensive CCTV and access control background coupled with her clear understanding of dealers and market place needs will ensure our partners continued success,” said Andrew Mackenzie, vice-president and general manager, Counterforce Canada.

Counterforce is a full service ULC certified central station offering full monitoring, Remote Video Management (RVM) and medical monitoring services to independent dealers across Canada and the U.S.
